Juan Miguel Motos Guirao was born in Granada in 1949. He started his education in Hemanos Maristas School in Granada and continued in a catholic school in Malaga called "El Palo".
He then went on to study law in the University of Granada where he graduated with honours. Once he finished his degree he continued his professional carreer in Bejar (Salamanca) Villagarcia de Arosa (Pontevedra) Pontevedra and Cadiz.
Nawadays and since 1982 he has continued his work in Marbella (Malaga).
